Mainly practicing in family litigation, including separation, divorce, child custody and support, spousal support, and division of assets, Me Emanuele completed in May 2018 the accreditation to become a family law mediator. Other areas of her practice include representation of children, capacity of persons (recognition or contestation of a Mandate in Case of Incapacity, request for Tutorship), successions, rental board, and general civil litigation.
