Mediation
An accredited family law mediator works with both parties in order to arrive at a settlement which is beneficial and satisfactory to all and which respects the provisions of the law (public order). Parties can turn towards Mediation before judicial proceedings have been started, during the course of judicial proceedings, as well as after judicial proceedings. A mediator is a neutral professional who will objectively inform you of your rights and obligations as provided by law, and promotes discussion rather than confrontation in order to amicably resolve any issues pending between the parties.
